It seems like I am not the only one facing this issue, but looking through other solutions, it looks I need help from a member who is able to reactivate my account. Is there a way for me to do this myself, or could I get help to reactivate my account again?

Your account was indeed in a Dormant state due to a long period of no use. I went ahead and set it to active again.
Could you try to login and check if everything looks good ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community.
If you have paid subscription then you will have org admin user or super user by which you can login with that user and unlock your account
or
If you do not have above users and if you have a paid subscription then you can raise a support ticket directly to Atlassian team from below url
https://support.atlassian.com/
or else you have to wait until one of the Atlassian Team member unlocks your ID.
