Teams webhook does not send out commit status updates

So, we have old webhooks in our Teams done with the Incoming webhooks as described in the https://www.moveworkforward.com/blog/how-to-get-microsoft-teams-notifications-from-atlassian-bitbucket-cloud

In the project where this was already setup it works as it should and does send messages on pipeline statuses. I imported these webhooks into two of our newer repos where we didn't have pipelines before. The webhook works for pull requests, and does notify of their updates, but they do not message about the pipelines. I even made a new connector in Teams, but it's still all silent.

Anything I'm missing here?
