I am trying to enable two-step verification, and i am not receiving the email to complete it.

Your email address was in our suppression list, which is the reason why you were not receiving the email. An email address gets added to the suppression list when we try to send an email and the recipient's mail server responds with a hard bounce event, indicating permanent failure.
I see that you created a support ticket as well, and one of my colleagues removed your email address from this list earlier today. Can you please try to set up 2FA one more time, so that a new email gets sent? A new email needs to be sent, as the previous ones were dropped.
