There does not appear to be a way to make feature requests for bitbucket. It says to use the feedback in the app. No idea where to find that option in BitBucket. Does it exist? Next option said to contact support if you are a premium customer (which I am). That option just leads me to "Ask the community".
This will loop you back to the Community if you have a free, starter or community licence for Bitbucket. Is that the case for you?

So it looks like there is something funky going on with my account. I will get with our administrator and work it out. Then I should be able to use the normal channels for feature requests.
