How can I auto-decline PR in Bitbucket Cloud

as part of our process we need keep the master branch from old PR's

Bitbucket cloud doesn't have this feature

Currently, there's no equivalent for that exact feature in Bitbucket Cloud. However, we do understand that this functionality would be beneficial to many teams, so we went ahead and created a feature request to implement this to Bitbucket Cloud as well as you can see here:

I would suggest that you add your vote there (by selecting the Vote for this issue link) as the number of votes helps the development team and product managers better understand the demand for new features.
