One of our employee can't recieve account password reset email (<email_removed>). Spam folder is empty.

Your email address was in our suppression list with the error
550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... user does not exist
This occurs when we try to send an email to a certain email address and receive a hard bounce response from the recipient's mail server, indicating permanent failure.
I went ahead and removed your email address from the suppression list.
Could you please request a new password reset or 2FA recovery email?
A new email needs to get requested, as the previous ones were dropped.
Just a heads up, I removed the email from your post to protect your privacy. You don't need to include the email if you are posting from the account that has the issue, as Atlassian staff can see the account's email.
