Restrict access to users for merging/deleting in Bitbucket branch

Hi,

I am fairly new in Bitbucket admin role. Could you please help /guide me like, how could I restrict some selected users to merge/delete access into the master branch repository in Bitbucket. I just wanted, they could have create only feature branches inside any sprint branch created by me and nobody else (except some selected users) could merge/push their changes directly to the sprint branch or the master branch.
