Is there any solution that we can ready code coverage report from golang at bamboo 6.6.7 ( cannot use go plugins for bamboo https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213398/go-plugin-for-bamboo?hosting=server&tab=overview)

Yes, you will not found any related app (plugins), 

btw you can use code coverage report as artifact, e.g. just run this tool
