setting up task with boot:test

Johan Hedman July 19, 2018

Hi,

Is it possible to set up a task in bamboo boost:test that is run on an other server than  the server where bamboo is installed?

Like a task scheduler like LSF?

Regards

Hi Johan,

The easy way is to use a remote agent for that.

The hard way is to copy binaries to a remote server, run them (for example via ssh), copy logs back to the main server and feed them to the boost:test task.

Hope this helps!

Here is the documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/bamboo-remote-agent-installation-guide-289276832.html

Note: remote agents may require more expensive license.
