We have an interesting issue and looks timing related.   We have bamboo  5.6.1 build 4410 - 19 Aug 14

We have a bamboo build that builds a website and database migration scripts and checks in both the website and migration script to SVN for later use.

We have this build triggering a deploy to QA as a dependency build which pulls down the website and migration scripts from the previous parent build.

When it pulls the migration scripts.. it does not pull the latest version from SVN

our build finished 13-Aug-2015 15:38:52 Finished building OMG-OMTMGTS-ON140

the deploy started and has this entry in log file while pulling the migration scripts

simple 13-Aug-2015 15:55:29 Updating source code to revision: 15480

SVN shows these times in log for different revisions.

Any ideas why it would not pull the latest from SVN?  Any suggestions.

My guess is to what is happening here is that Bamboo is gathering repository information for all the builds including dependency builds at the start of the first build in the chain.

Since we are doing another SVN commit mid way through the build chain, the deploy doesnt have any knowledge of the new SVN commit when it does the deploy at the end of the build chain.
