Typescript files are getting ignored by Bamboo Source Code checkout task

Rahul Pareek September 19, 2017

I have a Bamboo Plan which builds a source code repository linked in BitBucket. The BitBucket repo has few type script files (.ts files) also under a folder in the solution.

While running the Bamboo Plan, during source code checkout task of Bamboo plan runs it does not copy that particular folder which has .ts files on the Bamboo Server.

Could anyone help us to know why those files / folder getting ignored?

HI Rahul,

Are you using multiple branch plans?

Where a Build Plan makes use of Plan Branches, and those Plan Branches define exclusion triggers, make sure the 'Clean working directory after each build' field is checked, under {Plan Configuration > Default Stage > Miscellaneous}

Take a look at the Communities post Solved: Some Bamboo Branch Plan Triggers are ignoring excluded files for more information and some regex that may be useful.

I would also increase the Bamboo logging and reproduce the issue.  Check the Bamboo logs to see if there are any error message or clues as to what Bamboo is doing when it sees these files.

Cheers,

Branden
