Receiving 'Repository parent can no be changed' from build

I had deleted and then recreated a Bamboo repository link (also set up Specs Repository).  At the same time someone made a change to the Bamboo YAML spec file . Now the build plan is failing with the error  'Repository parent can not be changed'.  So I am not sure which change caused this error. To address this error I am wondering if a new build plan will need to be created.
