Quarantined test not working cause test case ID different each time

Hi,  

 

We ran into a very strange test quarantine issue, basically we quarantined a failed test, and later the same test will be failed again with a different testcase ID.

We will need to quarantine it again, this end up with we need to quarantine a test each time the Plan is running.  Which end up with duplicated testcases in quarantined tests.

And take one test for example. From the URL, test ID seems to be 323063640, 323073025, and 323080843.

 

Any idea what could caused this?

Bamboo server is 6.0.5
