Issue with linking the Bitbucket (Data Center) to Bamboo Server

Hello I am getting the following error when I try to link Bamboo to Bitbucket

Could not check if existing access key is valid: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Could not create file: C:\Program Files\Bamboo\temp\bamboo-ssh.41538fd5.bat
