I am getting below attached error while saving source code checkout configuration.
Please help me what am I doing wrong here.

I'd recommend taking a look at the Bamboo server log to see if there is a more detailed error message, as the one you have provided doesn't really help much.
You will want to find the atlassian-bamboo.log file which is located in the logs folder of the bamboo_home directory.
