GIT support in Bamboo agent using JGIT

Few of my Linux remote bamboo agent does not have native git installed. It is a pain to get it installed because of some corporate restrictions in place. I know that Bitbucket has git support via jgit, could someone please help me how to enable git via jgit for these remote agents?

NOTE: I would still like to use native git for other remote and local agent. Just for few specific remote agents I can't install git.
