Does the Bamboo REST API support querying branch scheduled run times (targeting 5.7.2)? If the API has this capability, I am having trouble locating how to use it. The closest thing I can find is branch data found using:

/plan/{projectKey}-{buildKey}/branch/{branchName}

However, this does not appear to contain the meta-data I am looking for; when the branch is scheduled to be triggered (e.g. once daily at 9 PM).

As already mentioned, this information isn't available via the REST API yet. You might want to watch and vote for the following improvement to guide Atlassian's priority for addressing this surprising limitation:

No, Bamboo doesn't provide trigger details for plan branch or plan. You need to create your own plugin to get this information by REST
