Cannot log into Bamboo

This is what I get when I attempt to log into Bamboo:

This page isn’t working

bamboo.nitaacappdev.com is currently unable to handle this request.

There isn't any easy answer, but can you post result of the command below (if you are running it on linux)?

netstat -pantu | grep java

Probably it's problem in communication between proxy server and Bamboo like app is running on localhost, runnning and blocking selinux, any other fw problem or something another.
