Can we run another build at a time if Elastic agents are using less CPU usage for the first build

Right Now  for certain builds the Elastic Agents are using less than 50% of CPU usage can i run  another build with the same elastic agent at the same time which uses less than 50%  of CPU usage.

Good question, but that one mostly relate your build procedure unfortunately. 

because it's really depends on the your stack, technology and pipelines
