The following article includes a link to page from which the Bamboo sources can be downloaded, using a Commercial License:

The link however seems to be broken and leads to a 404 page.

Can you please let us know where we can download the sources from?

As a licensee, you can download all (well, most ...) sources of Atlassian products from your my.atlassian.com page:

• find and expand an active license of the product in question
• click the 'Download source' action beneath your license key on the right
• click the archive link for the version(s) you are interested in

For example, all supported Bamboo source code versions can be accessed via my.atlassian.com/download/source/bamboo.
