Bamboo failing to trigger on repository commits

We have a local Bitbucket and Bamboo server running on the same machine. We have our main trunk repo linked between the two. Up until a week ago when we would push a commit to master on our main repo it would trigger a build with no issue. Now it seems all triggers have stopped working.
