Bamboo bootstrap failed

Started bamboo service again but the site gives us this issue now:

2018-03-02 11:20:38 fatal bootstrap Bamboo bootstrap failed: Your Bamboo instance could not start because health check failed. Contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com

Please see that ticket for updates.  I expect that our support team will want to gather logs from your Bamboo instance to better be able to help troubleshoot this problem.
