Bamboo - Bitbucket issue

I am using this tool for learning propose. When I start bamboo it getting to much time to come bamboo home page in browser( around 30min). But once it start it works fine. if I stop server and start once again it take more time to showing home page. Same issue for bitbucket server also. please suggest.

Have you checked the log files while the servers are starting up to see if there are any pointers as to where you may be running into problems?
