When I try to migrate my confluence spaces from the server to our new cloud environment, it keeps failing.
Does anybody have any idea? I've read on another platform something about inconsistent e-mail addresses? However, I can't find them.
I tried also a raw restore from a zipped file. Did not work as well
This is the result
Thanks for support
Thank you for your respond.
The User Directories was part of my problem.
I was still using version 7.14.0, but I saw this issue that solved my problems:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-74537
I upgraded confluence to the latest version, and did a migrate.
That solved the problem for me.
Cloud expects that all users have a valid email address and that there are no duplicate email addresses. This applies to all of your User Directories, so if you have the same email in the Confluence Internal and an External User Directory, that counts as a duplicate.
There should be some more information in the Confluence application log to help you troubleshoot.
