Importing only issues from server to Cloud?

Hello,

Our current server instance is messy from a backend standpoint e.g. workflows, issue types, automations.

I thought it would be best to start fresh in the cloud environment, however, I'd like to bring over resolved issues from our jira server. It looks like I can do this through a csv import.

I'd create all issue types, request types etc. before hand to avoid import errors.

Has anyone done this before? and if so, what issues did you come across?

Hi @Cameron Salhany ,

While CSV import is the simplest approach, this also migrates the least amount of data. Below you can find the list of benefits and limitations.
