I'm actively working with Elisa Aviles-Bodoin (Atlassian Enterprise Advocate) and Ken Urban (Atlassian Solutions Engineer) to migrate our Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence from Data Center into Atlassian cloud hosting by February 2022. Our CIO has a vision for our Knowledge Base that's hosted in Confluence to be a crowdsourcing contributed by the UConn community, similar to Wikipedia. Will Atlassian be open to implement a concurrent user license pricing model for the cloud hosting that will allow our active users who can authenticate to contribute to the Knowledge Base so long as the number of concurrent users doesn't exceed the number of licenses we purchase?
Thank you very much for your time and consideration!

Hi @Yi Zhang ,
unfortunately I don't think this will be possible, but I would recommend you to contact Atlassian support directly. It is possible they know something I don't :-).
