Cloud Enterprise Governance Models for distributed teams/apps?

Hi, is there anyone out there who has adopted the Atlassian Cloud Enterprise model that would be willing to talk about how you implemented application governance? We’re exploring setting this up now across ~14 instances ~several thousand users, and I would appreciate any advice from someone more experienced.

Hi Elizabeth, can you give any more insight into your use case i.e. what products are you using, are you migrating from server to cloud or adopting cloud as a new user etc.

We have a somewhat large sprawling grass roots grown Atlassian environment, 12 instances across JIRA, Confluence, and JSM with 2200 users across multiple different business lines, that we are thinking to consolidate under the enterprise cloud umbrella.  The goal is to keep their independence but bring them up to consolidated commercials and security compliance.  We are trying to figure out the appropriate level of governance, licensing tier, and services to apply as we consolidate.
