Permission violation when re setting my password

Hi

 

I have logged in on my old password, but on doing so it said my password had expired.

I correctly received the reset email email however when I try and reset my password on the link, I type my new password and then it says "permission violation you do not have access"

 

Please can you check this for me? I need to check on the status of a ticket.

Hi Lillie,

Could you please tell us more about what URL you are trying to login to?   Depending on the URL and type of platform might determine if there is something we can do from our side to help, or if perhaps we might have to refer you to a specific Jira admin that can better help you.
