Recently, Daina Tupule (Support Consultant at eazyBI) and my colleague @Hakan Bahadir (Solutions Engineer at Atlassian) teamed up on a webinar to answer this very question. They looked at the use of the eazyBI Reports and Chart app with Insight’s asset and configuration management data.
They showed how you can analyze your Jira issues based on which objects are attached and actually analyse the objects themselves! Giving you even more ways to understand your asset and CI data, optimize usage, and find areas of improvement.

Note: the eazyBI app works with Insight for Jira Service Management Data Center and the Insight standalone app for Server and Cloud environments.
Due to the recent integration of Insight with Jira Service Management Cloud Premium and Enterprise, the eazyBI app may not work for this latest version of Insight Cloud. Work is being done to ensure the eazyBI app will see this new version of Insight in future.
