Greetings
I have a JSD which uses so many email alias to it. is there a way to see which email did the reporter send to?
my JSD Email address is ADV@support.co.za
my alias is
1. IT@support.co.za
2. Helpdesk@support.co.za
3. SchlIT@support.co.za
from this 3 emails they all log issues to our JSD i want to see which email did the Reporter send to for it to log an issue on JSD
is there a way on JSD shows which email did the report send to?
Okay so if I understand correctly, the issue is that the email associated with the JSD, ADV@support.co.za, has multiple aliases. And the OP would like to know which email address the report actually sent the request to.
As far as I know, email address aliasing would happen on the mail server. You can configure JSD to create issues from emails sent to multiple addresses, but I don't think Jira does the aliasing.
