Our company purchased Jira software for GRC but do not know how to use it.

You install it, then use it, as per the documentation.

  I'm afraid there is not much more we can tell you than that given that you don't tell us anything about what you have done and where you are stuck.

I don't know if I need to download and install plugins for GRC or it is installed by default. I cannot find any documents related to GRC. Could you provide more information on it?
