Do you consider using some third-party add-on which allows exporting issues with time in status data?
@Hemanth I'm may have the same issue. I export to excel csv, it creates the file, but I'm unable to open it from Chrome's notification bar as it doesn't appear to ever complete the download. But the download did complete and I'm able to access it by going to my download folder and opening the file. This is new behavior.
If you consider using an app, one option you can try is Better Excel Exporter as it ships an Excel report template for Jira projects.
