I would suggest you to go through this JQL Documentation -  and this blog for for future reference -

Sadly nothing till date with inbuilt functions to select all issues with Confluence Page linked - i.e. you need to get marketplace apps, please check this earlier post in community - .

It looks like you're interested in seraching by remote links. Standard JQL doesn't easily allow it but the results can be quickly found using our professional indexing service:
