how to undo / see issues removed from plan ?

Hi,

In Advanced Roadmaps we have large plan and some issues disappeared from plan.

One reason could be accidentally used "Remove from plan", but is there way to see is that reason and possible undo remove ?

Hi @Renni Verho

You can check if issues have been accidentally removed from the plan by checking the Scope in the Plan's configuration.

You can do this in your plan by:

  • Clicking on the Settings cog icon (next to the plan name)
  • Selecting 'Configure'
  • Then selecting 'Issue sources' in the side navigation
  • Then click on 'Edit issue sources'
  • Then on the last step in the wizard, you will see the Scope

You can search for these missing issues in the scope. If they have been accidentally removed, they will appear as unticked. If you re-tick them, they should re-appear in the plan.

If the issues are ticked and still don't appear in the plan, it could mean:

Hope this helps

The last option were reason.

By some reason issue were linked to release which were archived with open issues and that were reason for disappear.

Thanks  Mark !
