Roadmap based on JIRA filter, limited to 1000 rows

I have prepared a roadmap based on JIRA query. As my JIRA query is limited to 1000 issues, I am unable to see the remaining issues. Is there a way to resolve this without increasing the filter size as I do not have JIRA admin access

Hi @Smita Bhatnagar

It should be showing all the Issues up to 5000 (which is the limit) - see:

I tried this in Cloud using a filter, and it allowed for more than 1000 issues - to see how many are included...

  1. Press the 3-dots icon next to the plan's name, and select Configure
  2. Select Issue Sources from the left-hand menu
  3. The Issues in plan is visible in the upper right-hand corner

You could also look at Exclusion Rules in the plan's settings - to see if any Issues are being hidden. For example, if completed issues are being removed after a set number of days.

Thank you Stephen, the issue got rectified by increasing number of days
