Portfolio changing scope ?

Has anyone experienced this, our Jira portfolio seems to randomly bring in extra scope from stuff that really doesn't fit the the scope criteria that was originally set. We can of course remove this from the plan, but the items seem to keep popping up?

Issues are included in the plan based on the issue sources you have configured.

If you have an issue source from a project, any issue in that project will be included in the plan.

Can you provide more detail about your issue sources and the issues you're expected to be excluded?

If you take this to our support team they should be able to help you https://getsupport.atlassian.com/

Thanks

Portfolio for Jira Server Team

Hi, thanks for getting back, yes portfolio is sometimes bringing in items that are not related to any of the issue sources and / or have releases that were not originally set when configuring the scope of the portfolio.

That doesn't sound right then.

Can you raise a request at getsupport.atlassian.com? We can provide a lot more detailed feedback there and hopefully resolve this issue.
