If anyone can assist me with this.

Client is asking the following, is it possible to do so?

During a sprint, please update the permissions so that only Admins and Reviewers can move a story to “Done”.

In addition, please update permissions so that Developers, , Contributors, Testers, Site Leads, Engineering Team, and Test Team may move issues on a board to any state (“To Do”, “In Progress”, “Blocked”, “In Review”) except “Done”.

In the workflow, you can add a condition on the transition(s) to the closed status. You can set so only certain roles, groups or even permissions are the only ones that can do the transition.
