Changing order of hiearchy

My teams' Jira projects are all organized with the hierarchy of Epics > Features and Stories instead of the default Features > Epics > Stories. However in portfolio when I try to filter the Roadmap, it shows that I can only filter from Epic to stories, not including features. I was wondering how I could configure this change in order of hierarchy in Portfolio. I tried to follow these instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver024/configuring-initiatives-and-other-hierarchy-levels-934716034.html but I couldn't find Administration under the Portfolio header. If someone could help me with this that would be greatly appreciated!
