how do I create a new view in Advanced Roadmaps ?
Welcome to the community. First of all, (assuming you have the edit right against an existing plan or you are creating a new plan) - You can just adjust the default view. Once it is modified, you will see the the view name will be appended with "Edited" wording...
If you then click on the "..." symbol, you will see the option menu where you can save the modified view to something else.
Here are a few other links from Atlassian regarding to manage views associated with a plan for your reference -

Hope this helps.

Hi @Adam Morris
Welcome to the community!
Configure fields, view settings and filters until you have what you desire (as the new view), then click the down arrow (next to "Save this view") and select "Save as new view" and give it an appropriate name.
