Trying to troubleshoot a new error that appeared on my JIRA Portfolio board.

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the message: "There's no capacity data to view for the selected hierarchy?"  Because of some unknown setting (haven't been able to find what changed) I am no longer able to view the Capacity plan for each individual on my team.  Any suggestions?
