RoadMap View does not display Epic to Story Hierarchy

Created standard Project type (Software) in Jira version 8.20.10 

Under Plans > Create Plan
Explorer Road Maps Configuration
Source Data > Issue sources >  Project XYZ Added  

When loading up the Road Map Plan view none of my Epic to story are being displayed in the plan.

Hi @Mike Patel welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In your plan, above the Scope, you will see Hierarchy. Make sure that Epic is at least included (so either Epic or one or more levels above) is selected before 'to'.

You may also have Epics without a parent if your hierarchy contains an extra level above Epics.
