Release date not respected and overbooking not available

Hi,

In my team, we have the releases fixed (time) and the amount of scope fixed and I would like the capacity to adjust according to these two. As we can see in the following screenshot, we will not be able to make it for the release date. Capture6.PNG

It seems like it will not fix my release date (the schedule does respect it) but respects the capacity of my team and the scope of work

However I would like to see the scenario if I were to force my colleagues to work overtime. How much overtime are we talking about (is it possible/impossible?). I can see here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfoliocloud/using-the-capacity-view-828785430.html that portfolio is able to overbook and alert if I am overbooking.

But how do I do that?

I know I can just adjust the capacity of the team and set further hours on the people. But then I will lose the "alerted overbooking" part.

Regards

Louise
