Seems there is no way to go further nor to have details of the problem, where I can fnd information ?

I'm sorry you've experienced this problem. In order to help answer the question maybe you could provide some additional information.

Which version of Portfolio are you using?
What planning experience are you using (Live Plans or the new planning experience introduced into 3.0)?
What actions are you performing when the error occurs?
Do you see any kind of stack trace or more detailed information included with the error message?

This information will help investigate the problem
