Hello all,
I am new in using Jira Portfolio and I am trying to create a new plan in with this filter:
project = "Project Name" AND (status = "To Do" OR status = "In Progress" OR status = Blocked) AND labels = label_name
When I hit this filter in search tab I get all the issues I need.
In Portfolio I see only Epic, Stories & Subtasks issue types.
This is our Portfolio configuration:
Is there any way to see other issue types in a plan?
Thank you!
You should be able to select other issue types when create a new hierarchy. Just map them to the relevant level.

Hi Argyro,
To help you I would need to know which issues are you missing - What type/hierarchy?
Portfolio categorizes issues by the standard names but other types are still mapped and can be created within the Plan UI. I.e: Bugs would appear under the Story category.
