Hi All,
I am new to JIRA and trying to explore Project Management using JIRA. I have a query w.r.t tracking the project progress. I see JIRA provides option to track the project progress using time tracking(I use Big Gantt). However, is there an option by which we can update the task/sub task progress by %, and the total project progress gets calculated based on that. For example, a task(within) is assigned to a user with 10 days of duration. On the 5th day after the task started(the task is supposed to be 50% complete by now), the user updates the progress as 40%. The overall project progress should now fall behind from what is supposed to be as of today. The whole idea is instead of entering the time spent on task, update the same by % and calculate overall project progress.
