Can't find the backlog within my portfolio plan

Hi,

I am trying to follow atlassian documentation:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver0213/importing-existing-issues-to-the-backlog-952067147.html

However when I get to "Select your plan and go to Backlog > Epics and click" I get stocked, I can't find the "Backlog" option within my plan.

Can somebody guide me please, screen shot is welcome.

Cheers

Hi there,

You can select a board as your source in a plan, however, so maybe that is what you want to do to import your backlog into Portfolio?

Hi Bernardo,

Can you confirm your Portfolio version? The article you linked is for version 2.13 and refers to Classic plans. Portfolio for Jira release notes 2.1:

Portfolio for JIRA will discontinue supporting Classic plans by April 1st, 2017 for Cloud instances.

Learn to migrate from classic plans to live plans here.

In the current version, Live plans do not have export/import abilities. We have a feature request for it here:

Regards,

Shannon
