Backlog option , Scope , Report options are missing And Team filter is not working

I don't have backlog option,scope ,Report options in my Plan..

 

Created teams in my plan, Assigned tickets to the team members and committed the changes..

When I applied the filter it is not grouping the issues..

And it is saying " Something Went wrong "..Backlog,Scope,reports missing.PNG
