Directory 'JIRA Delegated Authentication Directory' is not functional error occuring while logging LDAP users

Ramesh Udari1 August 16, 2011

Hi,
We have recently upgraded our application from JIRA 3.12.1 to JIRA 4.3.3 and after upgrade it was working fine for one week.
After that we are getting some authentication exception intermittently.we have tried the goggling and other ways but did not get any solution to this problem.
As this problem is coming on production server, we need urgent solution to this.
Thanks in advance.

Have you ensured there was no communication glitch between JIRA and the LDAP
