I read this article: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/RSS+Feed+Macro
and found that The RSS Feed macro will only be available if it has been enabled by your Confluence administrator. Also, your Confluence administrator can define a whitelist of trusted URLs. You will see an error message on the Confluence page, if the included URL is not in the whitelist.
As best I can tell from this article: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Restricted+Functions+in+Atlassian+OnDemand
I just need to request this be turned on?
I also posted a question here: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/43670/import-external-rss-into-confluence-page?page=1#47922
Thanks!

Atlassian OnDemand comes with a bundled set of plugins/macros and additional plugins/macros cannot be installed. More details can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Atlassian+OnDemand+Plugin+Policy
The RSS macro, in specific, was disabled many versions ago due to security concerns.
