Balsamiq doesn't seem to be enabled on my account

Is there a control panel setting that I should use to enable Balsamiq on the hosted version of Confluence?

Hrm, I must be missing something as neither of these answers seems to work for me.

I'd say balsamiq is pretty well hidden despite seemingly being included with the hosted service (though maybe I misread the list of included features vs possible integration options)

We're moving over to just using bitbucket without JIRA/confluence so no need to followup further except for posterity.

Hi Jacob, instructions for Atlassian OnDemand are here: http://support.balsamiq.com/customer/portal/articles/223421

If instead you have hosted, you can download the plugin from here: http://balsamiq.com/download and install it yourself: http://support.balsamiq.com/customer/portal/articles/113839

Balsamiq mock-ups are a bit hidden. Under wiki, if you click on "Add" there should be the option of "Add UI Mockup".

If you need a license for Balsamiq, you can make the necessary arrangements at: my.atlassian.com
